Position: Senior Graphic Designer - Team lead
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Senior Product Designer

About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Graphic designer and team leader to create and manage digital and print
designs for our marketing needs. You will work with the design team, design manager, marketing
managers, and other stakeholders. and are also be responsible for managing all design projects from
concept to delivery. The senior graphic designer's responsibilities include managing and creating all
graphic design tasks, refining projects, generating creative ideas, and also ensuring quality work.
To be successful as a senior graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic
design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing
campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team
promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.

Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
• Give/receive effective feedback and direction to other team members.

Must have skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Graphic design
• Good understanding of design trends, patterns, creative ideas, and a keen eye for visual
• details
• A graphic design qualification or similar
• Strong design portfolio with design projects
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer with
• Video + Audio+ Visualization skills
• Should be pro in using the design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva & Figma (optional))
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members
• Working experience in a product startup is a plus
