DESCRIPTION Amazon Advertising Trust team is responsible for moderating all kind of ads before it becomes eligible for publishing. This team is responsible for moderating a millions of ads on monthly basis. As the whole ad industry is influenced by latest advancements in AIGen technology, we expect ads to be more complex and versatile in nature. Sheer volume multiplied by variety of content makes this problem space an interesting and challenging place to be in. We want to make sure our internal platforms and moderation tools are highly efficient and follow best practices to take on next generation advertising complexity and scale without human interventions. A large part of this team focus on ensuring our incoming ads are rightly attributed and moderated. We are looking for a senior UX designer to help us building right operation workflows and ergonomically efficient tools to achieve success in this area. As an ideal candidate, Your primary focus will be to create efficient, data driven designs that provide a superior customer experience. You will be working in close collaboration with business, product, technology, and other Ad Product teams across locations. You shall be able to collaborate with versatile skill sets (Operations, Policy, Engineering, Data) and able to simplify findings in a clear workflow. You will get the opportunity to own comprehensive end-to-end experiences, work across Amazon Ads services and infrastructure. You shall be able to work with minimal direction while delivering highly impactful design artifacts. You will design and conduct research activities that uncover unmet needs, inform concepts and refine design directions, and ultimately improve the end user experience. Key job responsibilities .You are expected to work closely with Product, Ad Policy and Ad Operations team, understand nuances of overall moderation process, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and decision accuracy. . Be able to take the high strategic view as well as dive deep and execute great game UX independently. . Create conceptual wire-frames, user flows diagrams and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts for discussion and testing purposes. . Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to create insightful and actionable findings. . Taking an active role in implementation and feature delivery. . Contribute to and proactively seek solutions to technical or design challenges. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bangalore, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of design experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes - Experience with UX design of complex workflows - Self-starter, possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations. - Experience in building data driven designs.
