Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer - CRCA India
Position: 2P (5 - 7 Years of Exp)

About the Role:
This is a key Visual & Interactive Designer Role within the Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications (CRCA) vertical at Providence. As such, the primary focus of the UI/UX Designer role will be on how we conceptualize and develop simple, intuitive, engaging experiences for Providence that push the envelope and continuously raise the bar for experiences. In this role, the designer will work with a small, passionate team to define, and design both the high-level strategy and detailed visual design framework, innovating new and easier ways to guide and delight the business.


The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with a small, yet passionate group of Front-End Developers, Product Managers, Technical Managers, Software Engineers, HR Business and Healthcare Professionals on how to drive the visual style and direction for the caregiver experience. They are curious about how users navigate through the hierarchy of information and action for day-to -day experiences of caregivers and will take a customer-centric approach to their work and experiment to learn. The role will necessitate knowledge of how visual design approaches vary across contexts, devices, and transactional experiences, as well as the ability to delve deeply into pixels, micro interactions and similar elements.


Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the latest design concepts and emerging trends in user-centered visual design. Explore and experiment with new template concepts and visual styles to keep the catalog fresh and unique. Curate and manage design assets such as fonts, images, illustrations, and color palettes.
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Working with backend developers/Front End developers/ Product Owners/ Product mangers to ensure all elements are consistent and as per the requirements.
• Create personas through user research and data
• Conduct usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring that the web design is compatible with mobile phones and tablets.
• Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
• Engage and solicit customer and stakeholder feedback to validate priorities and compromises.
• Demonstrated experience in synthesizing user research, pain points and opportunities into design proposals, concepts, low fidelity and high fidelity visual designs. Ability to continuously iterate designs through the life of a product/service. Demonstrated experience in developing visual designs that embed accessibility within it.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks. Gives and solicits feedback from others to raise the quality and craftsmanship of the final product or service.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• Produces technically correct, digital and print-ready materials.
• The position is based in Hyderabad and requires collaboration with global teams in different time zones.

Desired Skills/Experience

• Degree of computer science is preferred
• Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of UI Design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Proficiency with HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery.
• Proficiency with client-side scripting libraries like React, Angular, React Native is a big plus.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop , Fragma and Wireframe development tools.
• Experience in responsive and adaptive design.
• Up to date with the latest UI Trend, techniques, and technologies.
• Familiarity with restful APIs to integrate with backend services.
• Exceptional portfolio of innovative, customer-centric work that demonstrates visual design excellence within a large enterprise or a commercial product
• The ideal candidate should have 5 - 7 years of experience, with 4+ years of UI/UX experience

• Ability to exercise sound judgement and strong in making decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and organize the workload to ensure the timelines are met and there will be no impact to the deliverables.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles

• Knowledge in software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall to drive business impact for solution users and business executives
• Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations, live & Virtual mediums.
• Ability to analyze information, evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Able to translate concepts into concrete depictions to clarify ideas and advance collaboration based on shared understanding.
• Expert knowledge or familiarity with accessibility best practices.
• Able to write clear and concise documentation, excellent written and spoken communication skills
