Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Generates and closes sales for Darjeeling and Sikkim tour packages.

Itinerary Planning:

Designs customized tour plans, including accommodation, transport, and activities.

Vendor Management:

Builds and maintains relationships with local hotels, drivers, and other service providers.

Customer Service:

Manages client inquiries and provides support before and during their trip.

Required Skills:

Experience:

At least 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on the Darjeeling-Sikkim circuit.

Knowledge:

In-depth, firsthand knowledge of the geography, attractions, and travel logistics of the region.

Communication:

Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle unexpected issues and client needs efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
