About The Role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Training Content Developer to join our Academy in Pune, India. Take a key role as part of Hansen Learning team in consultation with internal SME\xe2\x80\x99s to lead instructional design processes and content development to meet product release, develop learning solutions and manage instructional design materials.

About You You are an qualified individual in training or instructional design with 5 years in crafting blended learning solutions for IT settings with entire training development process. You are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials for technical audiences and initiating comprehensive learning programs with SMEs, operations, and stakeholders to expedite competence. You may possess knowledge in programming languages like HTML/XHTML, CSS, Java/JavaScript, ect and familiarity with technologies such as cloud and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in role analysis and competency definition to create syllabus and curriculum design documents with SME.
• Design learnings and learning paths aligned with understanding of the diversity of learners and internal learning objectives.
• Develop practical assessments, learner guides, training content, assessment guides, instructor guides.
• Apply interactive design and learning principles to instructional solutions.
• Plan learning product review cycle with the Learning Manager. Encourage the use of the LMS and content library to ensure training content and historical content remains available.
