Outbound Calls:

Reaching out to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and book appointments.

Inbound Calls:

Handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues or complaints.

Customer Engagement:

Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information in CRM systems, and documenting customer interactions.

Target Achievement:

Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interaction goals.

Reporting:

Generating reports and updating management on call progress and customer feedback.

Market Research:

Conducting research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Collaboration:

Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
