Job Title: US Technical Recruiter Company: Infobahn Softworld Inc. Location: A-42/4, Priska Pride, Noida, Sector 62, Shift Hours: Night Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM) Duration Full Time/ Permanent No of Openings: 50 Job Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of working experience as Senior US IT Recruiters is required. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time. Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements. Filling both technical and non-technical jobs. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively. Keeping track of all candidates in the pipeline from application to job offer. Qualifications & Desired Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment. Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT, etc. Bachelors Degree in IT is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered. Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment on direct client requirement. Must have hands-on experience working with W-2 Contract jobs, C2H and Full Time positions. Experience working with USC & GC candidates is required. Goal-oriented; have a burning desire to be successful Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
