Job Description
Strategize,implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizationalobjectives Develop programassessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Maintainorganizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Oversee multipleproject teams, ensuring program goals are reached Manage budgetand funding channels for maximum productivity Work closelywith project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineering managersto plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget,and timing for new initiatives Develop andmanage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering againstestablished business goals/objectives Work withengineering managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple teams Analyze,evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports formanagement and stakeholders Qualification UG Qualification B.Tech/B.E - Computers PG Qualification Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization Doctorate Doctorate Not Required - None Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
