Responsibilities:

• Own running 2-5 programs at Zscaler, depending on program size and candidate experience
• Manage the delivery of new products and features and especially cross-product dependencies
• Drive cross-functional issues to closure quickly and effectively
• Create and run processes to streamline delivery when needed
• Organize and share program documents in a location accessible to all stakeholders

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of driving software development delivery working with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Cloud Operations
• 1-2 years experience in launching new features and products with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Legal).
• Proven ability to complete the full software development cycle for product enhancements and resolve cross-functional issues
• Ability to keep program materials up-to-date and in a well-organized, centrally accessible location for stakeholders
• Ability to consistently produce excellent, well-written communications and program documents
• Examples from prior work experience of adaptability, flexibility, and effective interpersonal skills
• Resilience and a dedicated, engaging approach to new challenges. There is high potential for growth in this position.
