Senior Technical Leader - GNSS




Education Qualification

M.Tech/MSc/Doctorate (Electronics & Communication or equivalent) with specialization in Digital Communication or GNSS


Years of experience

6 to 8 years of experience in the area of GNSS Receiver Design and Development.


Key skills/JD

• 
  
  Good background in GNSS-related concepts;
  
  Good programming skills and experience with Matlab, Simulink and embedded software;
  
  Practical experience in aeronautical/aerospace GNSS solutions (desired for the post);
  
  Background on advanced GNSS concepts, such as precise orbit determination, PPP, RTK algorithms (desired for the post);
  
  The ideal candidate is a committed team player, and should be at ease with timely execution of multiple tasks assigned;
  
  Open minded to different cultures in working, he always uses a collaborative approach, helping to find shared solutions.
  
  Working knowledge of GNSS acquisition, tracking and Navigation algorithms, signal processing, integration of sensors to GNSS, Interference detection and mitigation. Understanding of the GNSS receiver regulatory requirements like DO-229, ED-259 etc. Understanding of the application of GNSS receiver in avionics, automotive and other applications. Working experience in GNSS software and hardware development and should be able to handle the software integration and testing of GNSS. Knowledge of hardware design, DO-178B/C, DO-254 is desirable and added advantage
  
  Familiarity with carrier phase measurement integration, on-board sensor concepts and modelling, including inertial sensors, PPP& RTK algorithms
