Job Purpose

Provide the required legal support and assistance to Cipla India entities and its manufacturing units located in the country. Be responsible to implement the business strategies and take the required actions to successfully execute all agreements by successful negotiation and finalisation. Conduct the required activities and finalise agreements in compliance with the standards followed by Cipla. Track, monitor and highlight the red flags with respect to critical activities and legal compliances to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of business operations from a legal standpoint. Provide the required support for drafting and corresponding with the government / regulatory authorities.

Education Qualification

LLB

Relevant Work Experience

5 - 7 years of total legal experience
