Senior Tea Sales Executive (broker Based)

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

private and institutional tea sales

through established brokers. Conduct

regular sampling and tea tastings

with brokers and buyers, with focus on Assam CTC grades. Ensure

smooth dispatches, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination

. Maintain

strict inventory control

aligned with production capacity and sales targets. Handle

payment tracking, follow-ups, and recovery

in a timely manner. Verify and process

sales-related bills

(brokerage, warehousing, transport). Ensure compliance with

E-Invoicing, GST, E-Way Bills, and statutory documentation

. Lead a

small sales team (3-4 members)

and manage broker relationships. Build and foster

long-term business relationships

to support strategic sales expansion.

Candidate Requirements:



Must have prior experience in the tea industry

(Assam CTC preferred). Background in

tea manufacturing sales and broker coordination

is essential. Experience

only in broker-based private sales

, not tea auctions. Skilled in

tea tasting, negotiation, and buyer interaction (especially over phone)

. Strong knowledge of

inventory management, dispatch, and sales finance documentation

. Familiarity with

compliance processes

- GST, E-Invoicing, statutory requirements. Ability to

lead a small team

and drive sales independently. Passion for tea with strong

market awareness and selling ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
