Figment provides a platform to the CA final candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate level, completed 2.5 years of practical training, completed AICITSS training and have experience of minimum 2 + years in TDS laws and Automated tax compliance management & Tools. The candidate should ensure strict adherence to the TDS rules and regulations for our client and play a key support to our Principal Consultants. Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge of TDS Laws in India and ability to pass them to others in team who do not come from a finance background. TDS compliance. Preparation of Non-Salary TDS & TCS returns. Preparation of Salary TDS return. Preparation of TDS payments on monthly basis, payment entries, Scrutiny of TDS GL, reconciliation with TDS report & GL clearing. Collation and systematic maintenance of contemporaneous documentation. Analyzing the tax treaty provision in order to determine TDS percentage, tax credit & tax deductibility also focusing on tax expense optimization. Providing TDS remarks for transactions. Job Specification: CA final candidate (cleared both groups of CA Intermediate level, completed 2.5 years of practical training, completed AICITSS training) before Nov 2020. B.Com/M.Com with minimum 2+ Years of experience post qualification in TDS laws and Automated tax compliance management & Tools. Currently implemented various Tax automation projects.
