Job Description


Position -Sr. Manager /Manager - Taxation (Direct Taxaiton) Job Location - Gandhinagar, Gujarat Experience - 5 to 8 years, Qualification - CA Mandatory Roles and Responsibilities Master file & CBCR report Collection and compilation of data of all Subsidiary Companies for CBCR reports & Master files (Tax Paid cash basis details, Bank-wise current & non-current borrowings). Also notice major changes in the business module, if any. Prepare & analysis of CBCR. Tax Audit (3CD) & IT Return & TP Audit (3CEB). (Subsidiaries & JV\'s) Responsible to file the tax audit report, transfer pricing report and Income Tax Return of the company including Subsidiaries and AOP. Review of all the details with respect to provisions made (Outstanding, Prepaid Service charges payable), ledger verification for 44A(2)(b) items, TB Analysis, find out the major disallowances & any extraordinary items to discuss. Scrutinize outstanding expenses with respect to TDS & calculation of 80JJAA. Responsible for calculation and collect the return of Foreign Tax Credit & Challan of Foreign Branches. Compile all the invoices, transaction details and agreement copies with respect to Foreign-Related parties. Also collect justification of rates charged, analyze and provide for TP Audit. Support and review of Tax audit and ITR of 6 JVs. Advance Tax & Provision for Taxation -Quarterly basis Request for requisite information & collect other relevant information for calculation of Advances & Provisions for Income tax. Prepare the calculation considering all the available information and put the remarks wherever assumptions taken, if any. Regular and TP Assessment (Subsidiaries & Joint ventures) Allocation & verification of details for Scrutiny Assessment. Expense details, Loans/Secured Loan details, sales, purchases, Fixed assets, debtors, creditors, Stock details, etc. Various Appeals (CIT (A), ITAT. (Subsidiaries & JV\'s). Arranging opinions for non-routine with respect to TDS liability verification & discussions of Documents for Foreign Currency Payment (No PE - No BC, Form 10 F, TRC, Agreement copy, Invoice copy and approval of payment). Others Keep track of Tax balances & refund dues as per Books of Accounts and IT records. Notices & replies under 133A and others. Day-to-day regular activities for Team & Department.
