1) Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, Social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
2) Working with TA recruiters/managers to build the talent pool to support business forecast
3) Developing knowledge of current marketplace and trends
4) Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations
5) Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area
6) Should have good sourcing and screening skills working on the latest technologies including the niche
7) Exposure to new age sourcing tools will be an added advantage
8) Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
9) Exposure to Technology(Java, .Net, Automation Testing, SAP, Oracle, BI, Pega, SFDC etc.,) volume/bulk hiring
10)Regularly maintain daily trackers and database maintenance. Should have exposure to working on any internal recruiting tool
11) Good working knowledge in MS-Office tools (Specifically hands on in MS Excel)
