We mainly focus on design and business process automation, Bespoke small scale applications and towards dashboard and data visualization. Digital hub further includes Artificial intelligence , Machine learning and deep learning. It also focusses on digital visualtionwhich is the integral part of modern architecture and engineering design. From public consultation and marketing, to design and approval, visualisation software offers tangible benefits.
Key Duites- We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our established TA and HR team in Noida or Bangalore. As one of our Talent Acquisition team in India, you\xe2\x80\x99ll find yourself working closely with our senior team members. Building reliable relationships, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be using your creativity and skills to attract and onboard job seekers using various methods of sourcing. You will be involved in both day to day and strategic recruitment, with a particular focus on large scale project recruitment for key projects in the region. As part of our team you will be involved in end to end recruitment including:
Gaining a deep knowledge of job profiles, attributes of successful performance and operational needs to create requisitions and postings that attract the best talent.
Providing advice on recruitment best practices and recruiting solutions
Writing and posting job ads, and managing social media postings
Sourcing candidates across a range of mediums
Shortlisting
Arranging interviews
Attending interviews as needed
Contract creation, coordination of approvals and offers Planning for future needs by pipelining will be an important part of the role.

Able to effectively manage high volume recruitment from entry level to Executive positions
Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
Be engaging and know how to influence a range of personalities and styles
Experience using a range of sourcing channels to identify relevant candidates for current and future vacancies
Develop and maintain talent pools for client group
Think creatively in leveraging various channels to source candidates
Network and link with new people/relevant candidates either virtually or face to face.
Experience with IBM Kenexa/BrassRing, SAP Success Factors, and LinkedIn Recruiter will be a plus
