Responsibilities - System Administration and Deployment:

• Responsible for administration of Zycus and related Technology Procurement products.
• Responsible for configuration of Zycus Solution, upload Master Data and perform L2 Technical Support.
• Develop and deliver training programs for supply chain process and technology.
• Will remain the primary Contact for all technical issues related to the platform.
• Coordinate with Zycus in resolving product bugs
• Independently carry out Roll outs.
• Configure Reports

• BE/Btech in Computer Science/Electronics or Electrical Engineering and/or Masters/MBA in Supply Chain/Operation is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Data modelling, ability to write functional specifications
• 4 to 7 years of experience in working in SCM Technology Implementation roles preferably on Zycus Suite of products or equivalent products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Business process knowledge in Source to Pay Process is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP MM/SAP ARIBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
