You\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference by:

• Setup the engineering documentation release process in SAP and ensure process compliance.
• Quality checking of the customized production orders, utilizing railway standards and best engineering practices.
• Create material master and part numbers in SAP.
• Act as a key process reviewer (KCM)in SAP for release of engineering documentation such as BOM, Drawings, Technical specifications & ECN\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Acting as a mentor to designers by sharing quality matrix & incorporating training & lesson learn.
• Executing the assigned task as per targets set for Quality & Delivery timelines.
• Need to work in a matrix organization.
• Train/Guide the engineering team to KCM.

Your success is grounded in:

• You must have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and / or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Mechanical, Production, Electrical or Industrial Engineering with 10 years of similar work experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of PTC Creo 4.0 or equivalent with 8~10 years of experience (completed coursework can be considered as experience). Will consider other modeling programs but the applicant will need to show examples of relatable experience and willingness and ability to learn PTC Creo 4.0.
• Knowledge of PDM Windchill or similar Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM).
• Checking of Design, drawings & BOM for completeness, correcting GD&T, standard compliance, form/fit/function, tolerance analysis, manufacturing feasibility & assembly accessibility.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP.
