Lead the structural design and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs in coordination with architects and project managers.
Review and approve design specifications, drawings, and construction materials.
Monitor site execution to ensure structural work is done as per design, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot structural issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, IS standards, and safety regulations.
Manage junior engineers and guide them in design and site activities.
Prepare structural reports, feasibility studies, and project progress updates.
Key Skills Require
Proficiency in STAAD Pro / ETABS / AutoCAD
Good understanding of IS codes and building bylaws
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
