Job Description

Team Leadership:

Supervise, schedule, and train junior stewards, assigning tasks and ensuring quality work.

Sanitation & Hygiene:

Maintain strict cleanliness in all operational areas (kitchens, bars, dining rooms) and enforce health/safety compliance.

Inventory Management:

Control stock of cleaning supplies, crockery, cutlery, linen, and other service items, reporting shortages.

Operational Support:

Coordinate with chefs, servers, and management to ensure smooth service flow, restocking stations, and setting up/breaking down areas.

Guest Experience:

Ensure dining areas are impeccably presented and assist with guest needs and service as required.

Reporting & Compliance:

Adhere to and enforce all policies, conduct inspections, and provide shift reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
