Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations
Ensure proper cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Manage dish washing, garbage disposal, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with chefs and service teams for smooth operations
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in setup and breakdown of buffet/service stations
Report maintenance and safety issues promptly
Skills Required:
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
Leadership and team-handling ability
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Experience:
1-3 years in stewarding; supervisory experience preferred.
