Helpresolve technical blocking issues and coordinatesolutions across multiple technical teams Ensureengineering team has needed information on endpoints and contracts Determinetechnical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints in delivering services and products Anticipateand proactively manage data governance, security, scalability and stability risks Identifyfunctional tradeoffs, escalaterisks, and managemitigation in collaboration with neighbor Digital Technology teams Develop and articulate defensible points of viewbased on data from primary and secondary researching including direct customer engagement Drive clarity and set standards on product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success Stayabreast of new technology capabilities and leverageknowledge in contributing to product solutions. Recommendand planinnovative products and features Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across the organization Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field 12+ years overall IT related experience, including microservices Proven hands-on experience as an Architect who led transformation to a microservices based architecture Ability to lead/influence business and technical teams in a matrixed environment Ability to work closely with our internal product teams to ensure that our APIs can be used to enable the required use cases and scenarios across the spectrum of products Experience working with API gateway solutions such as: Azure APIM, APIGEE, AWS, et al. Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and good knowledge of API integrations and similar technologies Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools Experience working for leading SaaS companies with a diverse customer base spanning small business owners, SMB, and enterprise Experience in products catering to one or more business domains Experience with technical delivery teams leveraging continuous delivery for launch. Experience at developing and delivering complex products at high velocity and with aggressive deadlines. Strong analytical approach, with attention to detail and excellent reporting skills. Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder relationships effectively, internally, and externally. Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
