Job Description

Defines, develops, maintains and delivers complex strategic measurements that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the CTS organization. Works with internal teams to access relevant data and influence future features and design that will help meet the reporting objectives organization. Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements. Extracts business insights to guide direction of learning activities and drive organizational efficiencies, effectiveness and outcomes. Maintains knowledge of company\'s total computing environment and planned changes in order to develop meaningful measurements. Monitors industry and marketplace technology practices and benchmarks related to CTS. Stays abreast of technology innovations and trends. Recommends areas for improvement. Collaborates with and supports leaders and their teams from an area of expertise to ensure strategies and measurements are aligned and support business and operating results. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives. Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
