Collection, consolidation, validation, and reporting of metrics on monthly basis Working closely with technology and business teams to develop dashboards for monthly reviews Custodian of key information related to Mfg. Cost, Capex, FC & WC at facility level Validation of budgeted cost saving initiatives and monthly actuals Reviewing financial information and identifying risks and escalating the same Preparation and submission of Yearly Function budgets Running projects on introducing / improving SAP environment Creating manufacturing cost templates and implementing them Creating standard definition and concept of different elements of manufacturing cost Looking at integrating SAP with reporting applications like BI & Tableau Controlling centrally cost transformation and cost saving projects being run in the entire group in terms of reviewing progress, identifying risks, and reporting the same Carrying out centrally driven finance transformation projects within the group. Establish strong stakeholder management and governance model. Ensuring control checks are available for the activities, documenting standard way of working and ensuring the same has been followed. Key Deliverables Qualification: Masters or Graduation in Engineering/ Business administration Work Location: Chennai Experience: 3 to 6 years, Preferable in Manufacturing (FMCG, Agri, Pharma) Role/ Grade: Specialist - Performance Management (F3) Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal Skills Data analysis and validation, Attention to details, Self-Starter Good Analytical Skills to infer and report observations Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP/BI/Tableau Operations Willing to learn new process and new tools Ability to understand various reporting platforms to consolidate information Ability to prioritize and plan, balancing priorities and deadline Olam is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
