Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in 6 Platforms: Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Olam GBS has received Best Shared Services in India Award - 2019, by Shared Services Forum and Asia\'s No.1 Shared Services in Process Improvement and Value Creation, 2019 by Shared Services and Outsourcing Network Forum.

• Collection, consolidation, validation, and reporting of metrics on monthly basis
• Working closely with technology and business teams to develop dashboards for monthly reviews
• Custodian of key information related to Mfg. Cost, Capex, FC & WC at facility level
• Validation of budgeted cost saving initiatives and monthly actuals
• Reviewing financial information and identifying risks and escalating the same
• Preparation and submission of Yearly Function budgets
• Running projects on introducing / improving SAP environment
• Creating manufacturing cost templates and implementing them
• Creating standard definition and concept of different elements of manufacturing cost
• Looking at integrating SAP with reporting applications like BI & Tableau
• Controlling centrally cost transformation and cost saving projects being run in the entire group in terms of reviewing progress, identifying risks, and reporting the same
• Carrying out centrally driven finance transformation projects within the group.
• Establish strong stakeholder management and governance model.
• Ensuring control checks are available for the activities, documenting standard way of working and ensuring the same has been followed.

Key Deliverables

Qualification: Masters or Graduation in Engineering/ Business administration
Work Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 to 6 years, Preferable in Manufacturing (FMCG, Agri, Pharma)
Role/ Grade: Specialist - Performance Management (F3)
