Job Description

This role will ensure customers are successfully set-up with their content requirements for DataScope products, and to ensure the insight and intelligence gathered in setting-up the customer is effectively transferred.

Working Shift: AMERS (Fixed)

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x8b

Customer content requirements: Validate the customer\xe2\x80\x99s content requirements, ensuring that the orderable/billable packages and content permissions match the customer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications.

Set-Up support: Provide expertise and support as the customer proceeds with setting-up their DataScope solution and work flows e.g. connectivity, content mapping, schedules, customer testing activities.

Solution gaps/enhancements: Take the lead in identifying and addressing any content quality, product functionality or content set-up issues e.g. permissions, by engaging with accountable teams and utilizing process to register or resolve gaps or deficiencies.

Customer insight documentation: Document and handover the insight and intelligence gathered in setting-up the customer to relationship management teams e.g. Customer Success, to enable them to achieve relationship and retention goals, and for Support teams e.g. Frontline, Specialists, Resolvers to enable them to meet customer experience goals.
