Senior Specialist Product Marketing

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve

As a Senior Specialist Product Marketing you will be part of our highly successful Dedalus Care team, utilising your skills in the development and enhancement of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Co-ordinating and managing communication of production releases around the PBU products within Dedalus.
• Co-ordinating contents for periodic PBU Newsletters from all Product owners / Managers / all other stakeholders across all PBU Portfolio
• Co-ordinating all PBU portfolio product contents and maintain latest updates for Organisation Yammer / D-Space sharing / other collaborating tools of Dedalus.
• Co-ordinate and maintain PBU level information in a centralised area and communicate the required/relevant data to target team/group of people as agreed.
• Co-ordinate, adhere and collaborate standards, templates and governance materials from global standards team/committee and ensure PBU communications are in-line with organisational standards.

Essential Requirements

• Masters\xe2\x80\x99 or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering or Masters\xe2\x80\x99 or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Communications, Marketing or Digital Media
• 8+ years of relevant or IT experience with solid communication background or exposure
• Experience of liaising larger group of external (onsite)/ internal stakeholders
• Extremely fluent in English and knowing other foreign languages added advantage.
• Knowledge of IT tools, Microsoft Office / MS 365 (formerly Office 365) and standard communication tools (such as any Messaging Apps etc.) are required
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills; ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders are preferred.
• Self \xe2\x80\x93 management to ensure a reliable PBU communication stream is set up that will help to inform our colleagues across the globe.
• Pro-active approach to learn about Dedalus products. Good international collaboration with Sales & Marketing stakeholders
• Project management skills to ensure content is timely asked and provided by the product teams.
• Healthcare and Clinical background (with IT affinity) to support translation and creation of product documentation required for training and international delivery. Proven experience of at least 1+ year in similar roles is required.
• Keep abreast of technical and industry developments.
