15 Petabyte of data hosted, 49 countries supported, 15000 servers and thousands of devices to connect locations and businesses. The Data Quality (DQ) expert should understand enterprise data strategies and ensure that Data Quality Management (DQM) processes are maintained throughout the lifecycle of data. This role is also responsible for enabling the DQM processes across stakeholders and helping in defining the DQ Governance process. This role also works as a product manager for DQ tools to be implemented. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Responsible for enabling the technology, governance, domain teams with DQM process and product manager for enterprise DQ products and tools . Backup to DQ lead to drive the discussion with the EDOs, Data Governance team in the governance forums . Help create a baseline for each domain by collecting details on prioritized use cases, critical data elements (CDEs) identified, DQ rule definitions, DQ metric thresholds, business impact, remediation measures & proactive DQ processes . Working towards enabling the DQM processes across domains, collect metrics, help drive appropriate action from stakeholders around the impacts of data quality . Helping in defining the DQ Governance process and setting up the review and audit management process across enterprise Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Management & Data Strategy, with at least 2 years in Pharma/Healthcare. . Have hands-on experience IDQ tool, and successfully implemented DQ rules for projects and experience in deploying data quality management capabilities and services in a highly matrixed, global organization . Strongly familiar with key DQ concepts such as Data Quality Management, Data Profiling, DQ Rule Creation, DQ Metrics, DQ Remediation, Monitoring & Measurement. . Have an understanding on Data Governance overall process in alignment with DQ and good understanding on Data Quality processes and Audit Management for DQM . Proven ability to define relevant data quality KPIs and targets for producing (transactional) as well as consuming (analytics, decision-support) platforms and systems . Experience with industry-leading data governance and data management tools like Collibra, Informatica, EBX etc and in-depth understanding of meta-data capture processes and techniques . Strong mathematical and statistical analytical skills, ability to interpret and analyse data patterns and anomaly detection with excellent research, analytical, and communication skills .
