"Location: Bangalore (Mandatory)
Role: PowerBI development/Lead
Experience: 5+ Years
Rolls and Responsibilities:
Deliverables/accountability
- Contribute to report requirement documentation in collaboration with delivery lead
- Contribute to data model design as appropriate for PowerBI solution design, collaborate with Data engineer for implementing the data model
- Design, develop, test and handover the reports/dashboards to users
- Follow agile/scrum practices
- Developing PowerBI reports / dashboards using PowerBI desktop (not necessary to have publishing / workspace integration skill though)
- Understanding of using ADLS and Databricks as data sources
- Good understanding of multiple data modelling approaches and their relevancy in reporting solution design
- Foundational understanding of Azure - ADLS, VMs, powerBI to data store connectivity options, authentication / authorisation in PowerBI
- Experience of
- at least 2 large projects dealing with large data volumes with 10\'s/100\'s of attributes and overall minimum 4 years of visualisation background primarily in PowerBI
- applying templating/generic approach to quickly expand the solution
