Learn more about our Communications Associate (JD) Assist the Communications Lead in addressing and driving communication requirements both internally and externally Handle and execute end-to-end communication campaigns with verticals to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives Coordinate with business units to gather information and craft articles, messages, or newsletters Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behavior, and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal/external platforms in suitable formats Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers Should have a creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive newsletters Coordinate and work closely with external agencies to devise and execute communications campaigns Travel involved - Minimal Minimum qualifications A minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communications, public relations, media and communications Graduation/ Post Graduation in Mass Communication or bachelor\'s degree required with emphasis in journalism, public relations, marketing, or communications Prior experience in a communications team of a large MNC, especially internal communication, for a large business or organization. Strong project management and communication skills Outstanding written and oral communications skills, coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees Capable of working across complex organizations and environments prone to regular change Ability to navigate, interact with and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadership Fast paced, with capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines Creative storyteller with an ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement is preferred About Stryker Stryker is one of the world\'s leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
