Job Description

Prime Qualification:- North Indian Sous Chef - a minimum of 4 years experience in North Indian Cuisine.



Key Skills: Chinese, & Tandoori cooking



Qualifications/Requirements:



18 years of age or above

Relevant experience in Food Preparation and service.

Be able to follow directions, be responsible and conscientious.

Have a positive and mature attitude.

Must be able to focus on job duties.

Team player and work well with others.

Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for your job performance.


Responsibilities:



Assist with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals on time.

Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by our own.

Maintain the kitchen and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.

Making sure that the kitchen is left in clean condition at all times, including refrigerators, freezers, ice machine, dishwashing areas, storage spaces, cooking and prep areas and floors.

Record inventory inputs and outputs every day and report any problems to Management.

Wearing appropriate attire will work in the kitchen.

Ask for help when you need it.

Other duties as assigned.

Reporting to Directors and Administrative staff.
