Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can accompany our customers through their exciting digital transformation projects? Then we\xe2\x80\x99d like to hear from you. Day-To-Day:

• Lead consulting and implementation projects for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Define client specific solution architectures for ALM, with focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio
• Support the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in ALM
• Identification of potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new business
• Technical support of sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in EMEAI

Your Profile:

• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or technical Project Management
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Customer experience or customer service-oriented
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops
• Experience in designing, configuring and customizing Codebeamer
• Knowledge of IT architecture related to ALM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems
• Understanding Digital Thread in the areas of PLM to IoT
• Specific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Prior experience with Codebeamer, systems engineering, model-based systems engineering is a must
• Business fluent English is a must, German/French is a plus
• Willingness to travel
