Job Overview

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialist level 2 operational support and resolution of issues for custom software platforms evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to support, design and develop and maintaining live services in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team.

In this role, you will provide L2 and L3 support and leading a team of specialists who design and build custom software platforms for Arm\xe2\x80\x99s business operations, including front-end, back-end and integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 support.
• Coordinate and lead a team of specialists.
• Be responsible for the full development cycle of Arm\'s applications, platforms and services in line with business requirements
• Peer reviewing colleagues work to ensure high-quality standards.
• Maintaining service levels and performance, including responding to and resolving incidents.

Required skills and experience

• Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
• Sitecore 10, JSS, hosting Sitecore on cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL databases.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Commercial SaaS solutions and extending / configuring them. E.g., Coveo, Telligent, Wordpress.
• Azure DevOps for building CI / CD pipelines.
• JavaScript and TypeScript; Advanced JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript for type-safe code in front-end and back-end development.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, including Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Web Apps; Other Azure services like Application Insights, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Blob Storage.

Leadership & People Skills

• Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 6 years of overall experience in a similar role within global organisation.
• Experience as a Team Lead or team coordinator.
• Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
• Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment.
• Ability to follow a clear vision from the Technical Team Manager.
• Actively participate and foster a positive team spirit and can-do attitude.
• Be comfortable to raise issues and concerns.
