The Senior Software Engineer, SAP AP, AR and Banking should have experience delivering full lifecycle projects in SAP S/4HANA in the areas of Finance including integration with other areas such as Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc. This person drives work in the areas of SAP Finance Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payables including Banking. Has a good understanding of working in a SOX and GxP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive work in areas of SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AP) and Banking

Provide solutions using SAP S/4HANA application as well as related bolt-on, tools and integration systems.

Part of the team that produces deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support Finance requirements globally.

Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principles.

Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.

Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.

Manage stakeholder communications for projects.

Develops self and others through training and project work assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

At least 5 to 7 years of experience implementing projects in SAP S/4HANA Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AP) and Banking with full cycle SAP implementations.

Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus.

Knowledge of ABAP, ability to debug programs and understanding of SAP Workflow.

Strong understanding of Finance business processes and Finance master data

Knowledge of integration of SAP Finance to other SAP modules like General Ledger, Controlling, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution

Experience implementing SAP interfaces in an FDA and GxP regulated environment.

Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization.

Able to manage work across virtual teams.

Strong oral and written presentation skills.

Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their \xe2\x80\x9ctechnology quotient.\xe2\x80\x9d

Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, delivering strong recommendations that are actionable.
