Primary Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis, Design, implement and maintain Pega applications within all phases of the Software
• Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes
• Be able to work as independent contributor
• Be able to coordinate with QA team
• Be able to coordinate with onshore stakeholders
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Pega CSA certification
• Minimum 4.5 years of Pega experience
• Good experience in design, development and support
• Experience in application debugging and troubleshooting
• Experience in analyzing logs & alerts
• Good understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with minimum 16 years of regular qualification as no correspondence courses
• Pega CSSA certification
• Strong Pega hands-on experience, experience in java
• Good experience of application integration using Pega-PRPC
• Good experience of application debugging and troubleshooting using Pega-PRPC
• Good understanding of US healthcare, specifically claims domain would be added advantage
