Job Description

In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications, International:
Min 10years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
Min 10 years of IT experience

Graduate in Engineering preferably Computer Science/IT

Experience in developing the inhouse products by involving in all phases of the project

Effective communication and documentation skills

Job Expectations:
Identify the automation opportunities in TCOO LOB and build solutions using tools like Ab Initio/Python/Power Shell/Unix Scripting/Database - Teradata/Oracl

Effective communication and coordination skills with technical teams like Development/ProductionSupport/Infrastructure teams and build solutions

Test the solution thoroughly in lower environment and implement in BCP and Production environments

Strong Knowledge on SRE/DevOPS

SRE implementation using monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Big Panda, App Dynamics, ITRS, ELK, Prometheus, Grafan

Expected to identify, develop and implement required automations in TCOO platform area
Having experience in requirement gathering, analysis, development, test and documentation
Thorough understanding of requirements and developing the projects in agile
Partnering with vertical teams and train them on the solutions build
Having working knowledge on SRE tools Splunk/App Dynamics/ITRS/ELK/Grafana
Having working experience in Ansibile and Prometheus
Education: Any Graduate
