Responsibilities

• Work in a team for developing embedded firmware (OS & Bare metal)
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, flexible with work timings, attend and contribute to technical discussions.
• Read and understand Hardware schematics and Hardware Reference Manuals
• Read and understand the design notes and develop, unit test and integrate components into the system
• Optimise the developed component to provide maximum performance

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Good at reading and understanding Hardware Datasheet and schematics
• Proficiency in C programming language especially structures, pointers and linked lists
• Good understanding of interrupt programming
• Good understanding of peripherals like GPIO, I2C, SPI, Timer, DMA, ADC, DAC, PWM etc.
• Good understanding of operating system concepts
• Understanding/Experience of Linux operating system would be added advantage
• Good debugging skills
• Good communication skill

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in C programming language
• Good problem solving and communication skills and agile personality
• Experience in any RTOS product.
• Experience in embedded Linux system (Beagleboard/RaspberryPi etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with debugging tools like JTAG, DSO, Mustimeter, FG etc.
