Bangalore Team

In Bangalore we have engineering teams for Data Security, Network Security, DNS and API security, we are expanding the Data Security team. We work in a hybrid work model and are looking for engineers to work from bangalore.

JOB SUMMARY

We\'re looking for a C++ Senior developer to join the Data Security Agents team.

The team is responsible for developing & testing Data Application Monitoring solutions. As a developer, you will be part of a team that develops our state-of-the-art product, leading technology and projects end-to-end while maintaining high-quality standards.
You will be involved with high profile projects and gain a unique perspective into Imperva\xe2\x80\x99s Data Security solution. During the development you will also gain deep knowledge into linux, databases, Networking and other operating systems\xe2\x80\x99 internals, learn reverse engineering techniques etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

BE, M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent

6+ years as a software developer

Strong in C++ and experience in multi-threading and object-oriented programming

Strong background in Linux or Windows internals

Experience in reverse engineering - advantage

Great interpersonal skills

Experience in Networking concepts such as TCP/UDP, L3/L4/L7, etc.,

Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership

Be able to adopt to new technologies and infrastructure.

Foster close interface with R&D groups, PM , Security and analytics teams

A team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and self-learning skills

Good to have

Security domain knowledge

Experience with K8 and microservices
