Your work will help us automate large-scale E2E test cases, drive innovation, and deliver products that keep our customers' data secure and devices running smoothly. What you'll do:

• Build and continuously improve REST API, CLI, and GUI-based automation frameworks for the Neurons MDM platform.
• Lead E2E automation for legacy and new features-driving quality across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows environments.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks, enabling smooth and speedy production releases.
• Collaborate with SRE, support, product, and engineering teams to identify critical scenarios and troubleshoot core issues.
• Analyze and automate high-impact customer use-cases to ensure real-world reliability.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, managers, and stakeholders to prioritize and report on automation coverage and results.
• Debug, triage, and resolve product failures as you help guide improvements and uphold best practices.

What you will bring:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field, with 6+ years of experience in automation testing or software development.
• Advanced programming skills in Java and Python; strong experience with Selenium and automation frameworks.
• Proficient in scripting (Python/Shell), and experience with PSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps processes, with experience in CI/CD pipeline development.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Linux, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills-able to work globally and cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and security standards.
• (Nice to have) Prior experience in a global environment, certifications, or multilingual skills.
