We ar e looking for a n experienced and proactive Senior Service Designer whose analytic and user centric mindset will enable them to make a difference in our business. As a Senior Service Designer you will gain broad business knowledge of the company\'s activities globally, as well as understand how the complexity of technology supports the transport and logistics business. You will be exposed to a wide and challenging range of business issues through regular engagement with key stakeholders across all management levels within Maersk. Key responsibilities As a Senior Service Design er, you will apply your craft to facilitate a collaborative approa ch to pro totype and define our future services, focusing on how our technology and automation can shape and support that future. This will be a knotty, challenging problem requiring system-level thinking. Your ability to coach and foster collaboration will be key, along with an ability to present and defend holistic concepts at the top and bottom of the organisation . You will be part of a team of fellow designers with different backgrounds , where frequent collaboration and knowledge sharing is central to our ways of working. Together with cross-disciplinary team s , you\'ll work holistically across the Transported By Maersk Platform Portfolio and play an important part in optimizing the network and transporting the cargo. Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset Ability to work independently with stakeholders while liaising and reviewing with fellow designers Proven ability to collaborate and to communicate ideas , me thods and outcomes - ver bally and written .
