This financial OS, empowers banks to launch & complement their own digital banking offerings thus offering a superior experience to customers. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end Quality Assurance of one or more product lines, making quick and reliable software releases. . Drive Test Automation and Test Efficiency Effectiveness Goals. . Knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.. . Shares responsibility of delivering all Product goals with the Development team. . Support triage, investigation and debugging of issues and defects. . Includes setting-up and improving best practices & processes for testing & automation. . Responsible for hiring and grooming QA team members. . Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders as needed in understanding, prioritization and resolution of product requirements and issues, and to deliver new capabilities and support existing capabilities on the product over multiple product releases and feature areas. . Support risk management and mitigation plans during a crisis. . Manage QA Processes for Testing and Automation Team. Requirements 3+ yrs of relevant work experience with experience in mobile application testing. . Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related discipline . Knowledge in Quality and Automation engineering. . Mobile Automation script development using Selenium & Appium. . Well versed on Continuous integration and deployment (CICD)process. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Experience with design and development of automation testing frameworks . Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. . Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development Methodology Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP APIs and services . Experience on version control tool like GIT. . Exposure on Defect management tool like Jira/Monday. . Proficiency in object-oriented design. Why work at Open .
