Job Description

Proven Industrial experience of 1 to 4 years in a biopharmaceutical organization in cell line development. Experience such as transient and stable transfection, stable cell line development, single-cell cloning, research cell banking, clone stability, and clone characterization studies
r Experience in aseptic recombinant protein production in CHO, HEK, NS0, and insect cell lines both in transient and stable setups
r Support early stage process development efforts in bench-scale bioreactors. Preparation of media, buffer, handling of culture from vial thaw till bioreactor stage.
r Possess understanding of bioprocess principles and apply that knowledge in designing process development experiments. Understanding operational issues during bioreactor run and ability to troubleshoot.
r Coordination with other functions: Downstream, analytical for sample transfer and analysis
r Actively participates in preparation of protocols and SOPs. Good documentation skills. Maintenance of laboratory equipment.
