Roles and Responsibilities
Experience 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in the automation equipment manufacturing industry out of which min 3-5 years of experience in the Technical Support function; Product knowledge as well as broad technical know-how of SCADA and FAID products Core experience in SCADA with Hands on experience in PLC and Networking SCADA products like ICONICS/Wonderware/WinCC/iFI/FT View/Elipse E3 etc Having knowledge on like SQL Server, Database, C, C#,VB Scripting, .Net application Development, Stored Procedures, IoT, Cloud, SSRS, Reports etc A. Job Responsibilities: Development, Stored Procedures, IoT, Cloud, SSRS, Reports etc 3. Supporting to teammates for SCADA products 4. Integration of IoT applications, Cloud 5. Association with Complementary Products like IPC, Network Switches, Modems 6. Support business verticals like Process, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Solar, BMS. B. Purpose of the Job 1. To give technical support on SCADA Product, Create Competent Team 2. Technical Skill set upgradation for self and team 3. Product Support in coordination with Line Manager 4. Support to Solution development 5. Pre and Post-sales support 6. Knowledge Management for Application team

C. Skills and Capabilities I. Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of SCADA and FA Products. 2. Knowledge on SQL databases, C, C#, .Net Applications, Stored procedures, 3. System Engineering & Integration 4. Application knowledge / domain expertise for Process, Automotive, Pharma, etc. 5. knowledge of IoT, Networking, Cloud. 6. Working knowledge of Statistical Analysis tools for Fault identification and Prediction II. Behavioral Skills/Soft Skills: 1. Communication skills 2. Presentation skills 3. Leadership skills / Managerial Skills 4. Very strong Customer Service orientation 5. Strong interpersonal skills
