Drive primary & secondary sales of consumer lighting products in assigned territory.
Manage distributor & dealer network.
Achieve sales targets, monitor stock levels & ensure timely collections.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and market development initiatives.
Build strong customer & trade relationships; gather market intelligence on competition.
Guide & support sales officers / team for achieving business objectives.
Requirement:
Full time graduate and company payroll (Mandatory)
4-8 years of sales experience in consumer lighting/FMEG.
Strong channel sales & distributor management skills.
Good communication, negotiation & team-handling ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
