\xef\x83\xbc Achieve target Nos. / Value ( Logins and disbursals ), Cross sell
\xef\x83\xbc IRR, PF, Doc Charges, Insurance penetration
\xef\x83\xbc PDD Collection \xe2\x80\x93 Invoice, Insurance, RC\xe2\x80\x99s
\xef\x83\xbc SO /SSO Productivity
\xef\x83\xbc Ensure TAT, FTR of cases login and disbursed.
\xef\x83\xbc Track and provide solution for the non-starter cases.
\xef\x83\xbc Regular Audit of line team and compliance adherence to prevent Frauds.
\xef\x82\xb7 Recruitment, training and handholding of SO/SSO.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing sales profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned dealerships.
\xef\x82\xb7 Handle dealer requirements and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints.
\xef\x82\xb7 Demand Generation Activities: Planning & execution of sales promotion plan.
