- Position- Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate- Location- Chennai- Exp- 12+ Years- Industry: Real EstateSales & Business Development: - Lead and drive the sales of residential real estate projects, including apartments, villas, and plots. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors to maximize sales opportunities. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closing and post-sales service.
