We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager at senior level to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 15 to 20 years of experience in selling real estate products such as apartments, villas, and plots. This requires expertise in handling a sales team, training the team members, and successfully closing deals on a daily basis. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, sales, and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Knowledge in product development will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: - Lead and drive the sales of residential real estate projects, including apartments, villas, and plots. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully closing deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors to maximize sales opportunities. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final closing and post-sales service. Team Management & Training: - Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their selling skills and improve overall team performance. - Develop and implement effective sales training programs to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. - Assign targets and monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Lead Generation & Marketing: - Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns. - Leverage digital marketing, offline campaigns, and broker networks to generate high quality leads. - Identify and implement strategies to improve the lead-to-sales conversion ratio. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Client Relationship & Negotiation: - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs and pitch the right properties. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and closing deals to achieve maximum profitability. - Ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience from inquiry to handover. Reporting & Compliance: - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management. - Ensure all documentation and legal compliance related to sales transactions are handled efficiently. - Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline effectively.
