A renowned Brewery in Indiranagar Bangalore is in need of a Sr. Sales Manager Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. For this, the candidate will need to gain a complete & thorough understanding of the company: History, journey so far & the road map for the future. \xe2\x97\x8f Formulate & execute sales strategies to effectively penetrate diverse geographic markets \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve sales targets and drive growth across kegs, bottles and cider. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities for sale growth \xe2\x97\x8f Mentor and coach sales team members \xe2\x97\x8f Promote relationships with partner bars, retail stores, hotels and more. \xe2\x97\x8f Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts \xe2\x97\x8f Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status \xe2\x97\x8f Track sales KPIs and dashboards \xe2\x97\x8f Create and monitor revenue projections and expenses \xe2\x97\x8f Co-create yearly budgets and sales targets \xe2\x97\x8f Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress \xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with Marketing team to identify branding and marketing opportunities Requirements and skills \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a commerce, management, business administration or related field \xe2\x97\x8f 8 to 10 years of sales experience in Alcobev company \xe2\x97\x8f Local Language (Kannada) knowledge is mandatory\xe2\x97\x8f Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization \xe2\x97\x8f Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in retail sales and strategy is mandatory \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in alcobev is preferred \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9150,000.00 per month Schedule:
