Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of the staffing process, market, and client engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
