We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Senior Sales Representative with deep industrial networks across India to lead business development for our Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions targeted at industrial clients. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong track record of independently generating leads, nurturing relationships,and closing high-value orders in the clean energy space
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of industrial sales experience, with at least 3 years in Solar and BESS sales.
Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, hybrid systems, and industrial energy needs.
Deep industrial customer base and proven PAN India business development exposure.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver against targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of Hindi or regionallanguages is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy) or related field.
MBA in Marketing or Energy Management (optional but preferred).
Experience in C&I (Commercial & Industrial) rooftop, ground-mount solar, or BESS integration projects.
Compensation:
8 to 8.5 lakhs CTC per Annum
Travel and business development expenses reimbursed.
